Legal & member agreements

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the REBS Global Realty Limited platform. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to use the platform only for lawful property marketing activity. Membership grants access to the features of your selected plan for the duration of the paid billing cycle. Listings are subject to review by REBS Management and may be declined or removed where they are inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, or in breach of Nigerian property law. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable. Access to plan features ends when the membership expires unless it is renewed. REBS Global Realty Limited may update these terms; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Members of REBS Global Realty Limited commit to honesty, transparency and professionalism in every transaction. You will represent property truthfully, disclose your role in any transaction, never advertise property you are not authorised to market, and never misrepresent price, title, size or availability. You will protect client funds and confidential information, avoid conflicts of interest, and cooperate fairly with other members. Breaches of this Code may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.

As a REBS Realtor you commit to protecting the business interests of REBS Global Realty Limited, its clients and its co-operating members. You agree not to bypass REBS on any introduction originating from the platform, not to solicit clients away from a co-operating member, and to honour agreed commission splits. You agree that leads, listings and client data obtained through the platform remain confidential business information. This agreement remains in force for the duration of your membership and for twelve months after it ends.

Welcome to REBS Global Realty. This handbook sets out how to get results quickly. 1. Complete your profile and verification documents — verified members receive stronger placement. 2. Publish your first listings with clear photographs, accurate pricing and a complete description. 3. Respond to every enquiry within 24 hours; response speed is the single biggest driver of closings. 4. Use your plan's video, flyer and content allowances every cycle. 5. Track performance in your dashboard analytics and refresh under-performing listings. Support is available to every member through the dashboard.
